About Cameron Leo, Corporate Keynote Speaker and Psychological Magician

A man in a black suit and tie giving a presentation on a stage at an art gallery event with colorful lighting and a black backdrop reading "The Gallery".

Hi, I am Cameron Leo, a corporate keynote speaker and psychological magician based in Sydney. Before stepping onto conference stages, I worked as an undercover police officer, learning how to read people in seconds, perform under pressure and make critical decisions in high risk situations. After a near death incident and living with PTSD, I rebuilt my life on stage, turning those same skills into keynote presentations on resilience, mental health and high performance at work.

Today I deliver corporate keynotes, leadership keynotes and conference keynotes across Australia, blending real stories from undercover plain clothes policing with live psychological demonstrations that keep the whole room engaged. Audiences are not just entertained, they leave with practical tools they can use immediately, how to read the room, communicate with more impact and make clearer decisions under pressure. Brands like Tiffany & Co., Foxtel, Origin Energy and Business NSW book me when they want a entertainer or keynote speaker in Sydney or across Australia who feels different from a generic motivational speaker and creates a session that is impactful, memorable and tailored to their event.
